On the surface:
Currently living in the Netherlands after spending some time living in Japan.

Have been interested in Buddhism, Zen, Psychology, and Spirituality for about 10 years.
Have been meditating daily for about 5.

On another level:
Although the content seems to be in a fairly constant state of flux, there seem to be some recurring patterns.
Habits, attachments, aversions, likes, dislikes, opinions, judgments, you probably know what I mean.
The structure seems to be a bit more rigid at first sight. However, there are times when there seems to be a sense of transparency.
Wonder what happens when it dissolves…
